SERVICES: 2:00 PM Friday, September 7, 2012, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Pastor Lonny Robbins of Trinity Fellowship of Pampa, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Dixon was born November 8, 1961 in Pampa to Robert Wayne and Jo Ann Addington Dixon. He attended Pampa schools. Chris had lived in the Tyler and Longview areas for about 30 years. He worked for Baker-Hughes Oil Company for the past 15 years. He was a Baptist.SURVIVORS: his wife: Dorina Dixon of the home; 2 daughters: Danielle Dixon of the home and Melissa Dixon of Tyler; a son: Brandon Dixon, USAF, at Great Falls, MT; his parents: Robert and Jo Ann Dixon of Pampa; 3 brothers: Robert Dixon, Jr., and wife Debbie and Matthew Driscoll, all of Pampa, and Christopher Driscoll of Corsicana; 4 nieces: Lindsey Wall of Amarillo and Bailey Dixon, Jessie Dixon, and Destiny Mulanax, all of Pampa; and by a nephew: Robbie Dixon of Amarillo. Chris was preceded in death by his sister: Kim Fitzer in 1997. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Pampa Optimist Youth Club, P.O. Box 802, Pampa, Texas 79066-0802.
