She attended Pampa schools. She married Harley Woods on July 25, 2002 in Wheeler. He preceded her in death on July 9, 2011. She was a home health nurse aid for many years. Ruby was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge in Pampa. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and gardening. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Brenda Winship-McGowen and husband James of Richwood, Texas and Linda Choate and husband Gaylen of Enid, Oklahoma; 2 step-daughters: Debbie Weatherwax and Kathy Woods, both of Pampa; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
