SERVICES: 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Memory Gardens Mausoleum, with Tim Stevens, minister of Kemp Church of Christ in Kemp, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Gordon was born February 18, 1917 in Flippin, Arkansas. She married Harry Vincent Gordon on March 30, 1941 in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Mr. Gordon was the first State Farm Insurance agent in Pampa, and he preceded her in death on November 3, 2002 in Pampa. Mrs. Gordon was a devoted homemaker throughout their 61 years of marriage. She was a faithful Christian, and was a member of Central Church of Christ.SURVIVORS: daughter: Judy Havenhill and husband Larry of Suwanee, Georgia; 2 sons: Monty Gordon of Princeton and Ronald Gordon of Amarillo; 4 grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as "Grandmama": Tim Havenhill of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Kimberly Welsh and husband Rob of Nacogdoches, Brett Gordon and wife Becky of Cary, North Carolina, and Mandi Gordon of Fairfax, Virginia; 6 great-grandchildren: Christopher, Bryce and Emma Welsh, Hudson and Hope Havenhill, and Zachary Gordon; 9 nephews and 5 nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents: Wallie and Delia Parker; and 2 sisters: Moatt Baker and Kathryn Morris.MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
