SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Mike Watson, pastor of Hobart Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hoggatt was born November 6, 1929 in Polaska, Texas. He married Beverly Ann Roe on March 16, 1950 in Skellytown. He had been a resident of Lake Havasu City, Arizona for 30 years, moving to Pampa 5 years ago. Freddy was a master electrician. He retired from Parker Dam California Bureau of Reclamation in 1992, serving as Chief of Parker Dam for 13 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, IBEW, and AmVets. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving in the 82nd Airborne Artillery as a corporal. Freddy enjoyed golfing.SURVIVORS: his wife: Beverly Hoggatt of the home; a son: Roger Lee Hoggatt and wife Yvonne of Clovis, New Mexico; sister-in-law: Betty Hoggatt of Hedley; 3 grandchildren: Ryan Lee Hoggatt, Patricia Ann Crafton and Roger Lee Wroble; and 5 great-grandchildren. Freddy was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Ernest Hoggatt, Harold Hoggatt and Johnny Hoggatt; and 3 sisters: Eula Eager, Allea Altman and Sarah Park.
