SERVICES: 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Central Baptist Church, with Rev. Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating and assisted by Rev. Rick Parnell, associate pastor.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Waggoner was born September 9, 1928 in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She attended school at Amarillo High School. She married Billy Waggoner on September 9, 1951 in Panhandle, Texas then moved to Pampa the same year. They made their home in Pampa and have been there for over 60 years. She was a member of Central Baptist Church for many years. She loved to sew and crochet. Mrs. Waggoner was a very loving wife and mother and she always loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Interim Hospice and Accolade Home Health for the care they provided. She was preceded in death by her parents: Austin and Jennie White; 4 brothers: Aubrey, K.D., Harold, and Gerald White; 2 sisters: Sue Hale and Mary Sanderson.SURVIVORS: Her husband: Billy Waggoner of the home; 1 daughter: Carol Clark and Husband Jimmie of League City; 1 son: David Waggoner and wife Lou of Pampa; 3 grandsons: Jason Clark and wife Mandy, Jonathan Waggoner and wife Lori, all of Pampa, and Justin Waggoner and wife Lauren of Dalhart; 2 Granddaughters: Kimberly Munger and husband Sam and Jennie Hailes and husband Ron, all of Amarillo; and 6 great-grandchildren.The family suggests memorials be made to Central Baptist Church, 513 E. Francis, Pampa, Texas 79065.
