Norman Rushing, pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Christensen was born February 11, 1922 in Roy, New Mexico. She married John Wesley "Jack" Crites on March 30, 1939 in Roy. He preceded her in death on January 5, 1964. She later married Andy Christensen on June 8, 1968 in Amarillo. Floye had been a resident of Pampa since 1948. She was a master in all art fields, and specialized in china painting. She was the co-owner of Campana Art Company in Pampa. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, World Organization of China Painters, Texas PAC and the International Teachers of America. SURVIVORS: her husband: Andy Christensen of the home; a son: Wesley Crites of Shamrock; 2 daughters: Nancy Crites of Panhandle and Karen Smith of Buena Vista, Colorado; 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren; 2 stepsons: Ted Christensen of Luling, and Larry S. Christensen of Oregon, Ohio; a stepdaughter: Connie Kattlinger of Amarillo; a sister: Katherine Metkaff of California. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
