Barry Owens, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Terrell was born October 20, 1920 in Carnegie, Oklahoma to Charles and Bertha Terrell, and attended schools in Carnegie. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during World War II. Charles married Beulah Frank on February 8, 1939 in Gotebo, Oklahoma. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1954. He was employed by Hughes Construction. As a plumber, he worked at Cabot Carbon Black for 10 years. He was a longtime member and deacon of First Baptist Church, and served as a deacon at 6 different churches. He was an avid golfer and a member of Hidden Hills Golf Association. Charles was a loving husband, father and grandfather.SURVIVORS: his wife: Beulah of the home; a daughter: Sheila Godfrey of Deer Park; 3 sons: Merle Terrell and wife Vicki of Floydada, Hershel Terrell and wife Mildred of Lubbock, and Greg Terrell and wife Dana of Wichita Falls; 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren; and his former daughter-in-law: Joan Terrell of Pampa.
