She moved to White Deer as a young girl and was a 1991 graduate of White Deer High School. She attended Frank Phillips College in Borger and received her bachelor's and master's degrees in elementary education from West Texas A & M University in Canyon. Stephanie married Daniel Mooney on July 21, 2001 in Borger. She taught 5th grade at Skellytown Elementary School and was a professor at Frank Phillips College. She was a member of White Deer United Methodist Church. Stephanie loved the outdoors where she loved to fish and ride horses and motorcycles. She will be remembered as a uniquely positive person who put love and humor in everyone's lives.SURVIVORS: Husband: Daniel Mooney of the home; 3 sons: Colton, Mason, and Aydan Mooney, all of the home; her parents: David and Barbara Harrah of White Deer; a brother: Terry Harrah and wife Lori of White Deer; 5 nephews: Brian Sanders and Codie Harrah, both of White Deer, Daniel Huckaby and wife Kayla of Brentwood, TN, David Huckaby of Haslet, and Ashton Vitela of Dallas; 4 nieces: Cali Hudson and husband Trey of Oklahoma City, OK, Darcie Huckaby of Haslet, Victoria Mooney of Wichita Falls, and Allison Mooney of Phoenix, AZ; mother-in-law: Sue Warren and husband Lyndel of Ransom Canyon; father-in-law: Robert Mooney of Amarillo; brother-in-law: Robert Mooney, II of Amarillo; 3 sisters-in-law: Catherine Huckaby and husband Shea of Haslet, Kristian Mooney of Amarillo, and Mandy Vitela and husband Fernando of Dallas; and by her special cat, Hemi.MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Miracle Network.
