Funeral mass will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 12, 2012, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Rev. Francisco Perez, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Mendoza was born March 25, 1968 in Odessa. He moved to Pampa in 1974 and graduated from Pampa High School in 1987. Roberto was employed by J. E. Carlson Inc. for over 25 years. He was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church. He enjoyed outdoor cooking and fishing, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with children, especially his nieces and nephews. Roberto was a loving husband, son, brother, and the coolest uncle, and will be greatly missed.SURVIVORS: his wife: Carmen Mendoza of the home; a stepdaughter: Thalia Rodriguez of Pampa; a nephew: Eduardo Robles of the home; 2 brothers: Juan Daniel Mendoza and wife Ashley of Porter, and Ruben Mendoza and wife Lena of Pampa; a sister: Micki Perez and husband John of Liberal, Kansas; 4 nieces: Nadalin Mendoza of Fort Worth, Carissa Mendoza of Houston, Kayla Mendoza of Lubbock and Margo Mendoza of Pampa; 2 additional nephews: Zane Mendoza of Houston and Xavier Perez of Liberal, Kansas.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
