SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Sam Line, minister of the Church of Christ of Groom, officiating.INURNMENT: Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. West was born November 2, 1957 in Snyder. He had been a resident of Lubbock for nine years, moving from White Deer. He was a superintendent of Atterbury Grain Elevator in White Deer for over 25 years.SURVIVORS: son: Tony West of Virginia Beach, Virginia; daughter: April West of Lovington, New Mexico; father: Robert West of Groom; 3 brothers: Allen West of Amarillo, Russell West of Lubbock, and Eric West of Shreveport, Louisiana; 2 sisters: Barbara Schulte of Nazareth and Vicki Strater of Dallas; 4 grandchildren: Mala Suchil, Austin West and Dylan West, all of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Cole Slaughter of Lovington, New Mexico. Tommy was preceded in death by his mother: Carolyn West.
