Dr. Jerry Lane, pastor of the United Methodist Church in White Deer, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. McCracken was born May 2, 1929 in Groom to Bert & Willie Bural. She married James McCracken on July 29, 1949 in Claude. She and James farmed and ranched together since 1949. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in White Deer. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and painting. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.SURVIVORS: Husband: James McCracken of Pampa. 1 son: Larry McCracken and wife Ann of Harlingen. 1 daughter: Marsha Harmon and husband Walt of Stillwater, Oklahoma; 2 grandchildren: Scott Harmon and wife Jill of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, Melissa Alford and husband Nathan of Cherokee, Oklahoma, 6-great grandchildren: Rogan Alford, Bailey Alford, McKenzie Alford, Harley Alford and C.J. Alford all of Cherokee, Oklahoma and Addyson Harmon of Tonkawa, Oklahoma. 2 sisters: Billie Chauveaux and husband John of Claude and Mozelle Ferguson of Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Marjorie Thompson. MEMORIALS: United Methodist Church in White Deer, 101 W. 8th. Avenue, White Deer, Texas 79097.
