Rick Parnell, associate pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Mobeetie Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Oliphant was born December 7, 1951 in Haskell. Keith was a lifelong Pampa resident and a 1971 Pampa High School graduate. He married Melody Kilcrease on May 30, 1981 in Pampa. Keith had a special calling where he loved to serve at Central Baptist Church and singing with his quartets. He was a member of the Mobeetie Historical Society where he loved to volunteer. Keith was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved gardening and working in the yard and loved being "Boom Pa" to his grandchildren.SURVIVORS: wife: Melody of the home; a son: Cory Oliphant and wife Tiffany of Amarillo; a daughter Christy Heuston of Amarillo; a brother: Jerry Oliphant and wife Dianne of Big Spring; 2 grandchildren: Landry Oliphant and Hutson Oliphant both of Amarillo.
