SERVICES: 10:00 AM Monday, February 20, 2012, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Jim Clements, deacon of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church of Dumas, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Cearley was born September 4, 1921 in Lakeview. She married Paul Cearley on May 6, 1941 and he preceded her in death in 1991. She had been a resident of Dumas from 1954-1976 where her and Paul owned and operated Shop Quick. She had been a resident of Pampa from 1976-1991 where her and Paul owned and operated Service Liquor #1. She had been a resident of Rosenberg since 1991. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Mike Cearley and wife Joyce of Dumas and Dennis Cearley of Flower Mound; a sister: Bobbie Brothers and husband Gene of Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren: Travis Cearley of Flower Mound, Chelsea Green of Dallas, Christy Admire of Amarillo and Penny Fahnert of Dalhart and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother: Alton Mitchell; a sister: Mildred Young; and a grandson: John Cearley. MEMORIALS: Alzheimer's Association, 415 W. 8th Ave., Suite 300, Amarillo, Texas 79101.
