Jimmye Cole, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Phyllis was born February 22, 1953 in Pampa to Tommie and Janie Swindle. She was a 1971 graduate of Pampa High School where she was in the top ten of her class. She married Charles Fleetwood on April 8, 1976 in Pampa. She was employed by Walmart for eleven years. She volunteered with Tralee Crisis Center of Borger as well as CASA of the High Plains. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed painting, but her real passion was working with children. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.SURVIVORS: husband: Charles Fleetwood of the home; 2-sons: Jack Fleetwood and wife Lauren of Round Rock and Chuck Fleetwood of Galveston; 5- stepdaughters; mother: Janie Swindle of Pampa; 2-brothers: Tommy Swindle of Pampa and Donald Swindle and wife Sherry of Hope, Arkansas. 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Tommie Swindle in 2009.MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice of Pampa, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, Texas 79065.
