SERVICES: Rosary will be at 1:30 PM, and memorial Mass will be at 2:00 PM Monday, January 30, 2012, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Rev. Francisco Perez, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Roxanna was born May 15, 1961 in Pampa, graduating from Pampa High School in 1979. She attended Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She married William Fagg on May 16, 1993 in Pampa. He preceded her in death on April 15, 2007. She worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Amarillo. She was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church where she was a member of the church choir, and was the youth minister for some time. She volunteered at Tralee Crisis Center and later became an employee. She was a substitute teacher for Pampa ISD. She was a Girl Scout leader, a volunteer for Pampa Meals on Wheels, and was a very active supporter of the "Pride of Pampa" high school band. Roxanna was a loving daughter, wife, mother and sister.SURVIVORS: her daughter: Elizabeth Willis-Fagg of Pampa. 2 sisters: Hazel Willis and husband Les Stein of Paterson, and Mary Willis of Austin; 3 brothers: John Willis of Austin, Robert Willis of Houston and Alfred Willis, Jr., of Amarillo; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law: John and Patricia Joseph of Peachtree City, Georgia: nieces and nephews: Lisa and Nathan Sherman of Alexandria, Louisiana, Joe Dell Granson, Jr., of Phoenix, Arizona, Arlene Lenore of Manicopa, Arizona, Darlene Franklin of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Romona Thomas of Baytown, Stanley Granson of Beaumont, Betty Jo Jones, Michael Granson and wife Myra, Sheryl Granson and Steven Granson, all of Houston, Michelle Granson of Beaumont, David Granson of Dallas, Jeffery Granson of Fort Worth, and Geoffrey Willis of San Antonio. Roxanna was preceded in death by her parents: Alfred and Reva Willis; and a half brother: Joseph Dale Granson in 2008. MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
