SERVICES: 2:00 PM Wednesday at Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Keith Feerer, minister of Mary Ellen and Harvester Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Kitchens was born April 21, 1914 in Edmond, Oklahoma to Lloyd and Belle Tackwell. She moved to Miami as a teenager and graduated from Miami High School in 1932. She married Aubrey Kitchens on Aug. 15, 1932 in Sayre, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on May 8, 2002. Mrs. Kitchens was a member of Mary Ellen and Harvester Church of Christ. She spent her whole life caring for her family, and her Sunday dinners will be missed by her family.SURVIVORS: Daughter: Paula Brashears and husband Jim of Pampa; 3 grandsons: Billy Edwards of Hoboken, NJ, Cris Webb of Pampa, and Pat Webb and wife Lesley of Amarillo; 2 granddaughters: Angie Cotton and husband David of Pampa and Tracy Aloumanis and husband Bill of Sherman; 2 step grandchildren: Brandon Brashears and wife Corie of Frisco and Curt Brashears and wife Reanna of Mustang, OK; and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Louine Hale, and by a grandson, Ricky Edwards.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
