SERVICES: 2:00 PM Friday, January 13, 2012 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Ronnie Goode, associate pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, officiating.BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Smiley was born April 22, 1949 in Pampa where she had lived most of her life. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was known as "Mom" to many and was always willing to help. Harriet valued education and was pursuing her teaching degree throughout her illness. She was a master dog groomer and owned her own business for years. She had a passion for animals and gardening. Harriet's motto was "always do a good job or don't do it at all." Her laugh was unmistakable and contagious, and she will be missed by all.SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Rachel Hill and husband Richie of Pampa and Anna Rutledge of Bonham; a brother: John Dulaney and wife Jeri of Houston; husband: Gary Smiley of Pampa; 7 grandchildren and 1 great- grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents: Harry and Cleta Dulaney; and a nephew: John Wayne Dulaney.MEMORIALS: Trinity Fellowship Church, 2225 N.
