SERVICES: Vigil will be at 6:00 PM Friday, December 30, 2011 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, and funeral mass will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 31, 2011 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Rev. Arockia Raj, associate pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, January 2, 2012 at the Allen Cemetery in Allen, Oklahoma, with Rev. Chad Kaminiski, pastor of First Baptist Church of Allen, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Shelly was born September 23, 1964 in Martinez, California. She graduated from Allen High School in Allen, Oklahoma in 1983. She married Dicky McCarn on January 10, 1987 in Ada, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1992. She was a dispatcher, jailer, Sheriff's secretary, assistant jail administrator and jail administrator with the Gray County Sheriff's Office for 16 years. She was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, a volunteer with Tralee Crisis Center and a member of the Pampa High School Rodeo Booster Club. SURVIVORS: husband: Dicky McCarn of the home; 2 sons: Corey McCarn and Tyler McCarn, both of the home; her mother: Della Hulsey of Pampa; a brother: Shane White and wife Toni of Pampa; 3 sisters: Arleen Chavez of Tacoma, Washington, Kelly Kidwell and husband Alden of Allen, Oklahoma, and Davene Vernon and husband Ben of Pampa; 6 nephews: Lance White and Clayton White, both of Neodesha, Kansas, Shane White and Eric Hendrickson, both of Pampa, and Ian White and Mikey Chavez, both of Tacoma, Washington; 6 nieces: Sherri Landry of Neodesha, Kansas, Megan White of Tacoma, Washington, Rebecca Kidwell and Brooke Kidwell, both of Allen, Oklahoma, and Kathryn Kidwell and Sara Vernon, both of Pampa; mother-in-law: Jan McCarn of Allen, Oklahoma.
