He came to Pampa in 1945 where he graduated from Pampa High School in 1949. Frank married Norma Lister on May 6, 1950 in Clovis, New Mexico. He began his grocery career in Pampa after his marriage and founded Frank's Foods on April 1, 1967. In 1979, Frank opened Frank's Hardware. He was a member of Central Church of Christ for 57 years where he served as an elder for 45 years. Frank's hobbies included work and spending time with his family. He always enjoyed helping others in need.SURVIVORS: Wife: Norma Morrison of the home; 2 daughters: Marsha Stevens and husband Joe and Kim Price and husband Harold, all of Pampa; a granddaughter: Lilly Price of Canyon; 3 grandsons: Trent Price and wife Cortnie, Jeff Stevens and wife Tammy, and Greg Stevens and wife Mallory, all of Pampa; 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Cora Lucas Morrison, 4 brothers, Ernest, Ted, Albert, and Hubert, and by 3 sisters, Myrtle, Lillian, and Mary.MEMORIALS: may be made to a favorite charity.
