SERVICES: 10:00 AM Monday, December 5, 2011, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall, Interim Hospice chaplain, officiating.BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at Council House Friends Cemetery near Grove, Oklahoma, with Dr. Wayne Shaw, pastor of First Christian Church of Grove, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Wolfinbarger was born November 13, 1922 in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. She married Clifford Wolfinbarger on March 10, 1943. He preceded her in death in 1986. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1986.Nina worked in the shipyards in Bakersfield, California during World War II. She worked for the public school cafeteria in Albuquerque, New Mexico and in Panhandle, Texas for 20 years. She was a member of First Christian Church where she worked bereavements and provided pies for the church bazaar for years. Nina loved to garden, feed the birds, bowl, and did beautiful embroidery work. She was a wonderful cook and loved to bake for family. She enjoyed seeing her great grandchildren whenever possible. She was a wonderful mother and caring friend. Her sharp wit and sense of humor will be missed by those who knew her.The family extends a special thank you to Sylvia Munoz, a wonderful caregiver and friend, to the staff of Meredith House for their care, to the deacons and elders of First Christian Church for their faithful ministry to the elderly, and to Interim Hospice staff for their care.SURVIVORS: daughter: Debbie Davis and husband Lewis of Pampa; 2 grandsons: Dave Davis and wife Natalie and Ryan Davis and wife Deborah, all of Pampa; 5 great-grandchildren: Madison Davis, Drew Davis, Kellie Mae Davis, Katie Davis and Kenedie Davis, all of Pampa; 3 brothers-in-law: Amos Wolfinbarger and wife Sarah of Seneca, Missouri, Frank Wolfinbarger of Wyndotte, Oklahoma, and Lloyd Wolfinbarger of Seneca, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews.
