Fines Marchman, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Lynch was born August 8, 1935 in Leesburg. He married Captolia Tollison on August 15, 1953 in Pampa. He worked in the Panhandle area oilfield for 38 years, and worked for the White Deer Independent School District for 9 years, retiring in 2003. Billy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Skellytown. He enjoyed working around the house and spending time with his family.SURVIVORS: wife: Captolia Lynch of the home; 2 daughters: Kathy Hilliard of Schulenburg, and Sarah Anson and husband Larry of Rolla, Missouri; a son: Billy Lynch and wife Miriam of White Deer; a brother: Adrian Lynch and wife Margie of Coolidge; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
