Army, Fort Hood, Texas.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Frazier was born May 16, 1926 in Sparks, Oklahoma. He came to Pampa in 1948 from Shawnee, Oklahoma. He married Joyce Ragsdale on June 19, 1944 in Meeker, Oklahoma. He was an accountant for 45 years, working for Panhandle Packing Company, B & B Packing Company and M. D. Snider Trucking Company. Leroy was also an independent accountant and drilling contractor, and owned Frazier Drilling Company. He was a member of First Assembly of God, Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF&AM, and the Dallas Scottish Rite Consistory. He was a 32nd degree Mason and served as secretary for many years for the Pampa Lodge. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving in the Pacific Theatre during World War II. He was a former member of the Pampa Jaycees.SURVIVORS: wife: Joyce Frazier of the home; 3 sons: Rick Frazier of Kingwood, Terry Frazier of Huntsville, Alabama, and Chris Frazier of Frisco; 2 sisters: Nadine Elsom of Gilbert, Arizona, and Linda See of Amarillo; 2 brothers: Butch Frazier of Abilene and Bob Frazier of Pampa; 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
