SERVICES: There are no services scheduled. Cremation and arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hartley was born Dec. 16, 1935 in Lockney, Texas. As a young boy, his family moved to Pampa, where he had resided ever since. He attended Pampa schools. Kenneth married Janice Bagsby on Aug. 1, 1967 in Pampa. She preceded him in death in 2003. He was a longtime truck driver. He will be missed by family and friends.SURVIVORS: Son: Kermit Hartley of Amarillo; 2 daughters: Faith Clayton and husband Billy of White Deer and Sandra Ford of Pampa; a stepdaughter: Melissa Pscion of Tacoma, WA; two sisters: Dorothy Dumas of Seattle, WA and Rosie Kirklan of Pampa; a brother: Robert Hartley and wife Mary of Pampa; 2 grandsons: Chris Hartley and Mikel Hartley, both of Pampa; a granddaughter: Heather Jones of Tacoma, WA; a great grandson: Leland Hartley of Amarillo; and two great granddaughters: Josie Hartley of Amarillo and Jayden Hartley of Oceanside, CA.
