Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Folley was born January 8, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Pampa schools. Earlein married Tim Folley on August 31, 1973 in Pampa, and they renewed their wedding vows on August 31, 2004. She worked at Coon Memorial Hospital in Dalhart for nearly 11 years, worked as a dietitian at Pampa Regional Medical Center for 9 years, and worked at WalMart for a year and a half. Earlein loved making ceramics. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.SURVIVORS: husband: Tim Folley of the home; 2 sons: Earl Folley of Pampa and Duke Folley of Yacama, Washington; daughter: Michalle Lee and husband Jessie of Naples, New York; mother: Tammy Sullivan of Pampa; 2 brothers, 1 sister, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father: Earl Ray Sullivan, Sr.
