Celebration of life services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 27, 2011, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Dr. Johnny Funderburg, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Connie was born July 10, 1911 in Alvord to Clark Dugan and Artie Missie Mullins. She spent much of her early life in Burkburnett, attending schools there, and college in Wichita Falls. She married Robert W. Germany on April 26, 1935 in Burkburnett. He preceded in death in 1982. They moved to Skellytown in the 1950's and to Pampa in the early 1970's. She was a member of First Baptist Church and was the oldest surviving member of the Anna Sunday School class. She was a member of the Pampa Senior Citizens Center. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers. SURVIVORS: daughter: Carol Germany Cofer and husband Bill of Pampa; son: Mike Germany and wife Linda Moore Germany of White Deer; 3 grandchildren: Keith Germany of White Deer, Jennifer Reasoner of Amarillo, and Brian Germany of Monrovia, California; 10 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.MEMORIALS: Pampa Senior Citizens Center, P.O.
