SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, at Memorial Heights Cemetery in Lefors with Justin Posey and Grant Hubbard officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Nord was born July 25, 1956 in Covina, California and came to the Pampa area about 15 years ago. He married Kathy Hesson on March 5, 2010 in Pampa. He worked for Ameco for the past 25 years as a crane inspector. He was an avid bowler who bowled three 300 games, and he loved fishing and camping, and was an avid NASCAR fan. Eric loved his wife and family very much. He was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps during peacetime and was a member of the Pampa VFW Post.SURVIVORS: Wife: Kathy Nord of the home; 2 daughters: Misty Nord and husband Shane Lewis of Stinnett and Charlotte Posey and husband Justin of Amarillo; 2 stepsons: Grant Hubbard and wife April of Lubbock and Thomas Hubbard and wife Laura of Scottsboro, Alabama; 4 sisters: Charlotte Nord of Springfield, MO, Peggy Smith and Donanne Woodruff, both of Pampa, and Barbara Leininger of Fresno, CA; a brother: Bruce Konieczka of Fresno, CA; and 8 grandchildren: Stephen Nord, Liberty Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Zach Lewis, Nathan Lewis, Kash Posey, Gage Hubbard, and Ethan Hubbard.
