Carolyn G. Stephens Mann

BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Mann was born August 24, 1944 in Wellington. She later moved to Hedley where she graduated from Hedley High School in 1962. She married Carl Mann on September 7, 1962 in Hedley. He preceded her in death on November 18, 2010. Carolyn was a homemaker. She was a member of Wells Street Church of Christ which became Somerville Church of Christ. She was a very talented pianist and enjoyed cooking and gardening. She was especially proud of her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She loved to share their pictures and brag to anyone who would listen. SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Charla Hefner and husband Keven of Pampa, and Carla Stout and husband Ricky of League City; 2 grandchildren: Ashlie Stout of Friendswood and Zach Stout of League City; a great-granddaughter: Ansley Stout of Friendswood; 2 brothers: Bobby Stephens of Lefors and John Lee Stephens of Sparta, Tennessee.
