SERVICES: Rosary will be at 5:30 PM Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, and funeral mass will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Rev. Joseph Ravi, associate pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Cabrales was born February 14, 1934 in Durango, Mexico to Francisco and Maria del Refugio Cabrales. He married Maria del Carmen Soto on May 17, 1962. Pablo moved to Chicago, Illinois in the early 1970's, later moving to Pampa where he resided until the time of his death. He worked for Fish Company in Borger and Larry Echols for many years. He felt really accomplished when he was able to bring his wife and children to Pampa. Pablo was very proud when he became a U. S. citizen. He will always be remembered as a great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. SURVIVORS: wife: Maria del Carmen Cabrales of the home; 5 sons: Tello Cabrales and wife Patricia, Chente Cabrales and wife Estella, Pablo Cabrales, Jr., and wife Dolores, Jose Cabrales and wife Rosa, all of Pampa, and Lupe Cabrales and wife Cecilia of Durango, Mexico; 3 daughters: Lucy Renteria and husband Alfredo and Lola Quezada and husband Hugo, all of Pampa, and Carmen Lara and husband Carlos of Dallas; 4 sisters: Ramona Cabrales of Waco, Teresa Cabrales, Anna Cabrales and Salome Cabrales, all of Mexico; 26 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother: Jorge Cabrales; and 2 sisters: Sofia Cabrales and Chila Cabrales.MEMORIALS: St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, 810 W. 23rd, Pampa, Texas 79065.
