Albert Maggard, pastor of First Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Coombes was born March 31, 1949 in Pampa where she had been a lifelong resident, graduating from Pampa High School in 1967. She received her LVN degree from Frank Phillips College and received her Registered Nurse's degree from Amarillo College. She worked for Rural Metro Ambulance during her school years, and later, she was a nurse at Pampa Regional Medical Center for over 20 years. She was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church.SURVIVORS: son: Terry Coombes of Lefors; sister: Rita Ellis and husband Keldon of Pampa; 3 grandchildren: Tad Coombes and wife Jonelle, Tory Coombes and wife Tabbitha, and Brittney Coombes and Kegan Furgerson, all of Lefors; 2 great-grandchildren: Trace Coombes and Aiden Furgerson, both of Lefors; special friend: Mina Towery of the home.
