He married Freda Perry on December 30, 1950 in El Dorado, Kansas. She preceded him in death on February 11, 2009. Cliff had been a resident of Pampa since 1954. He was a backhoe operator and pipe liner, and later formed his own fencing business. He enjoyed playing cards as well as his guitar. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. SURVIVORS: 6 daughters: Alice Hall and husband Jim of Goodwell, Oklahoma, Joanne Willoughby and husband Gary, Mary Atchley, Shirley Ledford, and Judy Cox and husband Kenneth, all of Pampa, and Joyce Penney and husband Dan of Alamogordo, New Mexico; 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters: Hazel McGoyne and Nita Moore, both of El Dorado, Kansas; 2 brothers: Vernon Martin of Longton, Kansas, and Pete Martin of El Dorado, Kansas. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Agnes McIntire, Betty Moore and Grace Wiltshire; and 2 brothers: Phillip Martin and Virgil Martin.MEMORIALS: National Kidney Foundation - Amarillo District, 801 S.
