SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Joe Jernigan, pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship of Shamrock, and Rev. Blossom Matthews, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Pampa, officiating. BURIAL: Private burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Collinsworth was born September 1, 1927 in Shamrock, and graduated from Shamrock High School in 1945. She married Ralph Collinsworth on February 28, 1947 in Shamrock, and they were married for 63 years. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1948. Billie was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Crusaders Sunday School class, and she taught 5th grade Sunday School for many years. She was a member of the Pampa Art Club, Texas Porcelain Art Club, El Progresso Study Club, Pampa Fine Arts Association, and Knife & Fork Club. Billie especially enjoyed china painting, and she loved to travel and read. She enjoyed her grandchildren very much.SURVIVORS: husband: Ralph Collinsworth of the home; 2 daughters: Cathy Carter and husband Charles of Monahans, and Melinda Curtino and husband Joe of Muscat, Oman; son: Michael Collinsworth of Plano; brother: Bobby Troxell and wife Mary of Amarillo; brother-in-law: James Collinsworth and wife Gay of Big Spring; 6 grandchildren: Erica Krucke and husband Chris of Honolulu, Hawaii, Jason Carter of Borger, Tyson Carter of Lubbock, Meredith Curtino of Beaumont, Megan Curtino of College Station, and Mariah Curtino of Muscat, Oman.MEMORIALS: First United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 1981, Pampa, Texas 79066-1981.
