SERVICES: 2:00 PM Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Southside Church of Christ, with Frankie Lemons, Church of Christ minister, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Murray was born May 20, 1927 in Minneola. She spent many years in the El Paso and San Angelo areas, moving to Pampa in 1959. She cooked at the Black Gold Restaurant for many years and managed the Silver Spur Restaurant. Ada Mae worked for the Crutchfield family for many years. She was a longtime member of the Southside Church of Christ and an active supporter of the Southside Senior Citizens Center. She had a loving and caring spirit and enjoyed cooking for, and sharing with others.SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Tommy L. Murry and wife Patricia and Charlie Walker, Jr., all of Pampa, and Arthur H. Williams and wife Gloria of Mesquite; 2 daughters: Bobbie L. Randon and husband James M. of Amarillo and Judy F. Evans of Pampa; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; sister: Mary M. Mack of Colorado Springs, Colorado; numerous nieces and nephews. Ada Mae was preceded in death by her parents: Joe and Mary Griffin Sinches; a son: Charles Price; 10 brothers and 3 sisters.MEMORIALS: Southside Senior Citizens Center, 438 W. Crawford, Pampa, Texas 79065.
