SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 18, 2010, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Steve Cox, pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Skinner was born December 17, 1940 in Pampa. He attended schools in Lefors and Pampa. He worked as a machinist at Panhandle Industrial for several years. He had been a resident of Odessa for most of his life, returning to Pampa approximately 10 years ago. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. He will be missed by his best friend, his dog Chiquita. He loved building and racing race cars.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Chad Bickle of Odessa and Dickey Bickle of Hong Kong; 2 sisters: Pat Morrow of Grand Prairie and Frances Conner of Pampa; 3 brothers: James Skinner of Longview, Duane Hankins of Elgin, and Franklin Hankins of Garland; 27 nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society, c/o Gerry Caylor, 2130 Charles, Pampa, Texas 79065.
