SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Kurt Oheim, pastor of Pinnacle Community Church of Amarillo, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Fleetwood was born December 26, 1938 in Graham. She attended schools in Anson and graduated from Anson High School. She married Bob Fleetwood on April 11, 1976 in Miami. JoAnn owned and operated JoAnn's Salon & Beauty Supply and the Wing Disk Tavern. She liked to play pool, dance, and care for her family and pets.SURVIVORS: husband: Bob Fleetwood of the home; son: J. B. Shoopman of Lawton, Oklahoma; brother: Don Willis of Pampa; 2 granddaughters: Virginia Shoopman of Toronto, Canada, and Victoria Shoopman of Chatham, Canada; a cousin: Delores Spurrier of Pampa.
