Charles Lowry, pastor of CrossPointe Church, officiating.BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Monday, October 25, 2010, at Fairmount Cemetery in Hollis, Oklahoma, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hubanks was born February 20, 1929 in Grandfield, Oklahoma to Lawrence and Lucille Hubanks. He was raised in Hollis, Oklahoma, graduating from Hollis High School in 1948. Bobby married his life-long best friend, Wanda Lee Fitzer, on November 24, 1949 in Hollis, Oklahoma. He spent his 28-year career with Ideal Grocery in Pampa. He was happiest when traveling with his family to Branson, Missouri. Bobby taught his family to love music by attending many musical performances by his favorite country and gospel performers. He was a valued and active member of CrossPointe Church. His strong faith and love of Jesus Christ was seen by all who surrounded him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.SURVIVORS: wife: Wanda Lee Hubanks of the home; 2 sons: Larry G. Hubanks of Conyers, Georgia, and Robby Hubanks and wife Jennifer of Pampa; 3 daughters: Rhonda Barnett and husband Jerry, and Pam Ballard and husband Willie, all of Pampa, and Debbie Muir and husband Jerry of Katy; a brother: Junior Hubanks and wife Elizabeth of Walters, Oklahoma; a sister: Julia Cummins of Hollis, Oklahoma; 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
