He had been a resident of Pampa since 1961. He was a contract pumper for 22 years. Kenneth was a devoted Christian, a member of Trinity Fellowship and the Trinity Fellowship Prayer Team. He was involved in jail ministry. He was an avid team roper.SURVIVORS: wife: Opal Ray of the home; 3 daughters: Reba Justice and husband Glenn of Millersview, Joyce Skipper and husband Berry of Amarillo, and Lisa Briggs and husband Tim of White Deer; 4 sons: Tim Ray and wife Christy of Pampa, Allen Ballard of Amarillo, Donald Ballard of Hobbs, New Mexico, and Billy Kennedy of Sherman; a sister: Gertrude Leonard of Healdton, Oklahoma; 23 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
