Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Ms. Burnett was born April 16, 1947 in Pampa, graduating from Pampa High School in 1964. She received her Master's degree in education from West Texas State University. She worked on several political campaigns throughout the years. Dian was very proud of her Indian heritage, and she enjoyed making beaded jewelry.SURVIVORS: 2 cousins: Judy Davis of Pampa and Sherry Ann Novle of Amarillo; and her lifelong friend: Peggy Plowman of Portland.MEMORIALS: Pampa Special Olympics, P.O.
