Norman Rushing, pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Evans was born February 5, 1922 in Wheeler, the 10th of 12 children. He grew up and attended school in Allison. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving from 1942-1945 during World War II. After his discharge from the Army, he was a rancher in the Texas panhandle and a longtime resident of Miami. Clint was preceded in death by his parents; 4 sisters; 5 brothers; his wife: Joy Evans; a son-in-law: Jay Chisum; and a granddaughter: Jamie Joe Evans Skalsky.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Jack Evans and wife Jody of Sunray, and Steve Evans and wife Cheryl of Amarillo; 2 daughters: Teresa Helton and husband Cloid of Little Elm, and Judy Chisum of Columbus, Ohio; 1 sister; 1 brother; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity
