Fines Marchman, pastor of First Baptist Church of Skellytown, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens CemeteryBIOGRAPHY: Mr. Tice was born Jan. 28, 1933 in Pampa where he has been a lifelong resident. He worked in the oilfield and construction until his retirement. After his retirement, he worked for the Pampa Independent School District in the transportation department up until the time of his death. Milton was preceded in death by his parents, David and Minnie Tice, two brothers, Woodrow and Bennie Tice, two sisters, Lorene Tice and Gladys Griffin, and a son, David Tice, on July 17, 2010.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Jerry Tice and wife Sherri of Skellytown and Gary Tice and wife Susette of Pampa; 3 daughters: Joye Morrison of Lockhart, Mary Ann Miller of Oklahoma City, and Kathern Manning of Chelsea, OK; a brother: Ralph "Butch" Tice of Skellytown, 2 sisters: Alice Hassler and Pauline Ware of Amarillo; a daughter-in-law: Kimber Tice of Pampa; 12 grandchildren: Mike Dawes, Chris Tice, Regina Tice, Julia Tyree, Malorie Hutcherson, Jerry Tice, II, Mathew Tice, Rodney Rodriguez, Brian, Brandon, Candace, and Debbie; 11 great grandchildren; Special nephew: Randell Tice and wife Sheri and children Randy and Cassy, and several other nieces and nephews.MEMORIALS: Panhandle Council for the Deaf, 1300 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.
