Rob Lackey, Baptist minister, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Tice was born on March 29, 1957 in Los Angeles, California and was a lifelong resident of Pampa. He attended schools in White Deer and Pampa. David married Kimber Mesneak on March 19, 1979 in Pampa. He owned and operated Panhandle Transfer for 16 years and later worked as a compressor mechanic in the oil and gas industry. At the time of his death, he worked for Universal Plant Services. In his spare time, he liked to cook out and spend time with his grandchildren. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.SURVIVORS: Wife: Kimber Tice of the home; a son: Chris Tice of Lubbock; a daughter: Regina Tice of Pampa; his father: Milton Tice of Pampa; his mother and stepfather: Virginia and Sam Gomez of Lockhart; 2 brothers: Gary Tice and wife Suzette of Pampa and Jerry Tice and wife Sherry of Skellytown; 4 sisters: Joye Morrison of Lockhart, Mary Ann Miller of Oklahoma City, OK, Della Schneider and husband Doug of Houston, and Kathern Manning of Chelsea, OK; 2 granddaughters: Danyel Deleon and Calli Tice, both of Pampa; and by his mother-in-law: Peggy Atwood of Wickenburg, Arizona.MEMORIALS: American Heart Association, 2514 82nd St., Lubbock, TX 79423.SPECIAL NOTICE: Visitation will be from 6:00-7:30 PM Monday at the funeral home.
