Hattie Merle Branscum

SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, July 9, 2010, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Pastor David Crumb of Calvary Baptist Church of Canyon, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Branscum was born May 24, 1939 in Pampa. She was a lifelong resident of Pampa, attending Pampa schools. She married J. C. Branscum in 1967 in Pampa. He preceded her in death on December 15, 1993. She worked at the Worley Hospital for approximately 10 years, and attended church in Pampa. In her spare time, Hattie liked to cook, watch television and spend a lot of time with her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: 5 sons: Eddie Musgrave and wife Marsha, Johnny Musgrave and wife Dana, and Rickie Musgrave and wife Terri, all of Dallas, Jimmy Fitzer of Pampa, and J. C. Branscum and wife Candy of Amarillo; 2 brothers: Bob Gage and wife Gay of Columbus, Missouri, and Rex Gage and wife Ruby of Pampa; 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
