He married Leslie Taylor on Nov. 10, 1990 in Pampa. He was a compressor mechanic for Waukesha-Pearce for the past 7 years. Paul was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps during peacetime. He was a member of Hobart Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: Wife: Leslie Budd of the home; 2 daughters: Bailee Budd and Caitlynne Budd, both of the home; his parents: David Budd and wife Taun'a of Rosston, Arkansas and Glenda Gallaher of Norman, Oklahoma; a brother: Doug Budd and wife Lisa of Pampa; a sister: Rebecca Mitchell and husband Rick of Noble, Oklahoma; his maternal grandmother: Hellen McLaughlin of Pampa; 4 nephews and 2 nieces.MEMORIALS: Pampa Optimist Club, 601 E.
