SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM on Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Fairview Cemetery, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall of Highland Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Gage was born on March 31, 1925 in Gorman to Clifford Sr., and Vera Ann Gage. He graduated from Electra High School. He married Betty Clemmons on October 15, 1947 in Pampa. Junior was a veteran of the U. S. Army during World War II. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church. He retired from Bethlehem Steel after 30 years of service, and WB Supply after 15 years of service. Junior was an avid sports fan and musician. His passion was the steel guitar. He loved his family.SURVIVORS: wife: Betty Gage of the home; 2 daughters: Ann Nutt of Houston and Jennifer Conner and husband Phill of Pampa; 2 sons: Cliff Gage and wife Barbara, and Jeff Gage and wife Ellen, all of Pampa; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers: Wilbur Gage and wife Doris of Whiteoak, Leo Gage and Ronald Gage and wife Alice, all of Longview, and Boyd Gage of Tyler.
