SERVICES: 11:00 AM Monday, June 28, 2010 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, Texas.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, with local arrangements under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Bourland was born August 7, 1915 in Miller, Missouri, to Charles and Nora Tumbleson Meeh. She was reared in Westville, Oklahoma. She met Albert Reece (Jack) Bourland in the Panhandle area while visiting friends, and they married in 1937. Marguerite was devoted to her husband and family. She loved cooking, canning, baking, gardening, sewing and crafts. She will be remembered forever in the hearts of the lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother Dan; and daughter Jackie Carroll. SURVIVORS: her son: Joe Bourland and wife Barbara; son-in-law: Paul; 5 grandchildren: Jana Carroll Rogers, Jaya Carroll James, Greg Bourland, Stacey Bourland and Steven Bourland; and 21 great-grandchildren.
