Doug Odell

SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, June 11, 2010, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Leonard Cummings of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Santa Fe, New Mexico, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Odell was born May 30, 1978 in Pampa to James Odell and Nona Melanson. He was a 1997 graduate of Pampa High School. He married Kendra Rozier on July 17, 1999 in Pampa. Doug was a truck driver for Nick Thomas, Inc. He was an avid hunter and he enjoyed working on cars with his children, especially his 1973 Ford Bronco. He was a member of the Pampa Seventh Day Adventist Church. Doug was a dedicated father, a wonderful husband, a loving brother and son.SURVIVORS: wife: Kendra Odell of the home; 3 sons: Cole Douglas Odell, Grady James Odell and Evan Lee Odell; a daughter: Sydnee Lynn Odell; his father: Jim Odell and wife Ella of Ramona, Oklahoma; his mother: Nona Melanson and husband Rick of Pampa; a brother: Daniel Odell and wife Angie of Pampa; 1 sister: April Dyer and husband Jason of Pampa; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Doug was preceded in death by a son: Ethan Bruce Odell on February 26, 2005; and his grandparents: Bob and Helen Douglas and Bill and Claudine Odell.MEMORIALS: Pampa Seventh Day Adventist Church, 421 N.
