SERVICES: Vigil services will be at 8:00 PM Friday, May 14, 2010, and funeral mass will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, May 15, 2010, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Rev. Francisco Perez, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Mendoza was born April 17, 1922 in Castolon. He married Petra Alonso on August 3, 1942 in Castolon. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1970. Ines was a pipeline superintendent, retiring in 1980. He was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church where he served as an usher and a crusillista.SURVIVORS: wife: Petra Mendoza of the home; 5 sons: Miguel Mendoza, Jessy Mendoza and Markos Mendoza, all of Pampa, Juan Mendoza of Odessa, and Jose R. Mendoza of Gatesville; 8 daughters: Susana Flores, Celia Mendoza, Maria Martinez, and Sandra Torres, all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Elydia Olivas of Odessa, Apolonia Mendoza of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Ynes Alderson of Midland; and Rita Mendoza of Pampa; 4 brothers: Candido Mendoza, Jesus Mendoza and Asencion Mendoza, all of Odessa, and Victor Mendoza of Nueva Rosita, Mexico; special friends: Salvador and Licha Valenzuela of Pampa; 35 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Ines was preceded in death by a daughter: Maria E.
