SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 17, 2010, at the Carpenter's Church, with Rev. J. A. Sinyard, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Ricky was born June 19, 1964 in Pampa to Betty Marie and Richard B. Palmer, Sr.. He had been a lifelong resident Pampa, and worked for T2 Janitorial Service up until the time of his death. He loved camping, fishing and horses.SURVIVORS: father and stepmother: Richard and Linda Palmer of Pampa; a brother: Michael Palmer of Waurika, Oklahoma; 3 sisters: Melissa McClure and husband Larry of Turpin, Oklahoma, Samantha McPherson and Bonnie Albers and husband Chris, all of Pampa; aunt: Becky McCain of Bosque Farms, New Mexico; 7 nieces and nephews.MEMORIALS: Carpenter's Church, 639 S.
