SERVICES: 10:00 AM Thursday, April 15, 2010, at First Baptist Church in White Deer, with Rev. Dr. Jerry R. Lane, pastor of United Methodist Church of White Deer, and Rev. Alan Wilson, pastor of First Baptist Church of White Deer, officiating.BURIAL: White Deer Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Ramming was born June 28, 1930 in Wichita Falls to Arnold and Rubye Ramming. He married Nita Ketchum on February 27, 1950 in Conway. Rick had been a farmer and rancher since 1950, and had been a resident of White Deer since 1951. He was a member of Briarwood Church in Pampa and a member of the Elks Lodge in Borger. He is going to be missed by his favorite dog Nikita.SURVIVORS: wife: Nita Ramming of the home; 2 daughters: Vicki Lynn Hillis of White Deer and Pamela Kaye Cartwright and husband Jeff of Princeton; son: R. D. Ramming of White Deer; 6 grandsons: Kelly Don Ramming, Jimmy Chaney, Rex Chaney and wife Sarah, Shane Chaney, Stacey Ramming and Josh Cartwright; 2 granddaughters: Kendra Dawn Cartwright and Sarah Cartwright Burch and husband Jamie; 10 great-grandchildren; niece: Teri Williams and husband Dennis; nephew: Chris Coffman and wife Brenda. Rick was preceded in death by a sister: Nan Coffman Chavez; his parents; and his Australian shepherd "Nick." MEMORIALS: White Deer Senior Citizens, 315 S.
