As a young boy, he moved to Pampa where he graduated from Pampa High School. He attended college at Texas State University in Houston, and worked for 12 years for U.P.S. He moved to Lubbock and worked as a substitute teacher, and then moved to Pampa. He enjoyed fishing golfing and working on cars. Victor will be remembered as a generous man who would help anyone in their time of need.SURVIVORS: mother: ImoGene Wallace-Sims of Pampa; a god child: Jamar Ballard of Dallas; 2 brothers: Ricky Smith and wife Felicia of Baytown, and Curtis M. Lee of Houston; 3 sisters: Virginia Lee of Phoenix, Arizona, Mae Phillips and husband Lonnie of Odessa, and Bridgett Barnaba and husband Jimmy of Crosby; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and good friends. Victor was preceded in death by his father: Earl Lee Jordan; his stepfather: Willie Sims; and a brother: Kenneth Jordan.
