SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Fairview Cemetery, with Rev. David Brooks, pastor of Christ's Legacy Church of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Allen was born January 22, 1943 in New Castle. She died in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma after a long battle with brain cancer. Billie had been a resident of Pampa since 1969. She married Jimmie Allen on September 8, 1972 in Pampa. She owned and operated Texas Bail Bonds. SURVIVORS: husband: Jimmie Allen of the home; 2 sons: Jason Allen of Pampa and Jeff Allen of Tennessee Colony, Texas; a daughter: Amber Patton of Claude; 5 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter; brother: Stanley Tuthil of Idaho; 2 sisters: Louise Barnes of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Betty Garcia of Amarillo.
